Breckenridge left without natural gas
BRECKENRIDGE — Natural gas was cut off to Breckenridge on Tuesday, leaving 1,800 customers of Texas Gas Co. without heat or hot water.The problem was an unexplained loss of pressure about 6 a.m. on the main gas line going into town, a company spokeswoman said.Service had to be cut off to all customers so workers could repressurize the lines. “We had to turn off each individual meter to make sure …
